Fitness Instructor


Matt is a qualified level 2 Fitness Instructor. Having spent a lot of time training in gyms focusing mostly on weight and hypertrophy training, Matt is also interested in all aspects of fitness, including nutrition, weight loss and cardiovascular training. Matt has spent around 2 years in Thailand where he learnt the national sport of Muay Thai kickboxing and also trained in Western Boxing.
